We are the local traveller's Group representing the interests of First Capital Connect's Thameslink passengers at stations between Harlington and West Hampstead inclusive.

Committee members meet FCC management regularly, and are in frequent dialogue with FCC management about particular problems. We hold an annual meeting with FCC management for all members (last one: 26 May 2011). In between times we keep members up to date with e-newsletters - over 30 in the last 2½ years.
We pressed FCC to deliver the best possible compensation offer for the troubles with the service in 2009/11, and believe that we (in conjunction with many others) helped FCC understand the depth of unhappiness with recent service levels. We believe that a key contribution we make is to help get practical issues solved - for instance we helped FCC with the practicalities of compensation offers.
We are also in regular dialogue with FCC on the practical consequences to us all of Thameslink programme, which included the closure of Moorgate.
